ENDURANCE TRAINING SYSTEMS

Hi again guys;

 

Here you have the second project for this first Term. During the two previous years you learned what the Fitness Components are (don't you remember them!? Endurance, Strength, Speed and Flexibility!!!), and what benefits working on them produces on our health. This year we will take a step forward and you are going to learn how to improve their level; the Training Systems for each of them! Lets start with the ENDURANCE TRAINING SYSTEMS.

Ask me any question you have before the deadline!

SPECIFIC WARM UP

Hi guys;

 

Here you have the first project we are doing this year. It consists of two parts:

- In the first one, you just have to explain what an specific warm up is, stages, etc...

- In the second one, you have to design an actual specific warm up for the rest of your classmates.
